Ordered Ionis poles but got a cheap different brand

I ordered two pair of Ionis walking poles from them. They were $150.00 per pair so I spent $300.00 total. When the package finally showed up, it was a cheap pair of Necasil brand walking poles inside. Not what I ordered at all.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] but I never heard anything back. The whole thing just feels off. I paid for a specific product and they sent me something else entirely. No explanation or anything. Just stuck with these poles I didn't want and out the money.
