Call from a man claiming to be a deputy about a summons

I got a call from a man who said he was a deputy from Iredell County. He started talking about some supposed summons. It didn't feel right.

The number that showed up was (800) 223-5787. He said he was calling from Statesville, NC. I didn't lose any money or anything, but it was clearly a phishing attempt.

I just wanted to report it so other people know.
