Paid for business license filing that never happened
It's been months now and they never did the filing. I've tried emailing them at the address they used for my account and got no response at all. I did get a reply from a different email address I tried, but that just showed me they ignore their actual clients. I can't get my money back and I'm stuck with nothing.
