Jacket from Instagram ad was nothing like the pictures
I emailed the address on my receipt, [email protected], and they tried to offer me a 30% refund. I said no. Then they came back with 50% and said I could just keep the jacket. I don't want it. They said keeping it would be better for me since shipping would be $40 or more. I told them no, I want a full refund and I want to send it back. Then they offered 70% and called it their final offer.
I paid $110 for this and it's not what I ordered.
