Phone call saying this will be escalated if I don't comply
They said all questions or concerns have to go through the issuing office, and I could press one to be transferred to my file review manager. Or I could call the issuing office at 877-832-9689.
I pressed one but I still don't know who these people are or what debt they're talking about. No company name, no proof, nothing.
