Facebook ad for yard tool that never showed up
The only way to contact them is through their website, [email protected]. No phone number at all. They say they'll respond within 24 hours. I've tried contacting them 4 times now and haven't heard anything back. Also found an email [email protected] connected to them but no luck there either. I just want my money back or the product. This feels like a counterfeit deal.
Ordered a weed trimmer that didn’t work and now they won’t answer
They said they would email me a return shipping label, so I sent them three messages asking for it. Never heard back. Then I called the number on the site a few times. The phone rang busy three times and then just went dead.
I spent $129.99 on this thing. Now I’m stuck with it.
Ordered something from itoolmax.com and got a completely wrong item
I've sent them like 4 or 5 requests about returning it. Yesterday they finally responded but instead of giving me a return address they sent instructions on how to assemble the product. I specifically told them I want to return the item and get my money back. Nothing. Just assembly help. So now I'm out $129.99 and stuck with this thing I didn't even want.
