Tried paying Disney+ and money went to another company

I was trying to pay my Disney+ account and used the contact us tab on their site. I got transferred somewhere else, I guess. Next thing I know they took a 45 dollar payment from the card I have saved on Disney+ but it went to a company called ITQ. Not Disney+.

My account still has not been paid and the money is just gone. I dont even know how they got my card info like that. Just trying to pay my bill and now I'm out 45 bucks with nothing to show for it.
