Ordered from their website, got an inferior product and no refund
Their website said easy returns. But when I tried to get a refund or send the merchandise back, they refused. I lost nearly fifty dollars. It's just a scam for a counterfeit product. The whole thing feels like a rip-off.
Ordered from what I thought was a local boutique, got poor quality items
I emailed right away to say I wanted to return them. They told me I should just donate the items and they'd refund 10%. That made it pretty clear they knew the stuff was bad, since they didn't even want it back. After a bunch of emails, their final offer was 40% back, or I could mail everything to China on my own dime.
The shipping cost to send it back to China was over $300. That's more than twice what I even paid for this inferior stuff. I just wanted to warn people.
