Downloaded game my friend recommended but now blocked

A friend told me this game was fun to play so she downloaded it onto my phone for me. I registered and everything was fine for a couple of weeks. I was playing with them no problem.

Then a few days ago I tried logging in and all of a sudden it says my region is not accepted and I have to contact customer service. So I'm stuck. I can't play anymore just because of where I live. I also lost about 100 bucks on this. Their phone number is 1(214) 598-4680 if that helps.
