Client asking for training sent a malware link

Someone reached out about personal training. They wanted to set up a Google meet or zoom call. Then they said it wasn't working and sent me a link to download the latest zoom. But the link was actually malware.

They also said I needed to link my computer and phone to make the call work. That seemed off. They had this whole story about the husband having ALS and wanting to meet online. I didn't download anything. It felt like they just wanted access to my devices.
