Chimney company gave wrong address and tried to charge for inspection

I called to make an appointment and when the day came a different number called me back saying I had an appointment on Glass Street in Franklin, TN. My home is in Hickman, TN. The main number called and got the address corrected but then the "contractor" called me from a Florida number saying I was scheduled for an inspection and cleaning. I told him no, just an inspection.

He then said the inspection is 199 dollars. I told him your website says FREE ESTIMATES. He said that was for a promotion and let me see if you're eligible. Everything about it seemed very shady so I told them not to worry about it and replied CANCEL to the automated text.

Everyone I spoke with had a foreign accent which I found odd. Also when you google their address it brings up Victory Nissan car dealership in Dickson, TN.
