Tracking number didn't match my package at all
They sent me a USPS tracking number saying my item was delivered. But when I checked it, the tracking was for a completely different package going to a different person and a different address. I even went to the post office and had them look it up a few times. They confirmed it wasn't my package.
When I contacted the company about it, they just kept sending me the same tracking number and insisted it was delivered. They wouldn't listen or help at all. So I'm out the money and never got my order.
