Paid almost $1000 and then they cut off my access
I emailed them about it and they said I would get a refund. That never happened. Now they won't respond to my emails at all and nobody answers the phone when I call. I'm out $941.
On top of that my vehicle was basically unusable until I had to go buy tunes from a different company just to get it working again. So I ended up paying twice.
