Website for smoking cessation charged my debit card

I tried to buy something to help me stop smoking from this website jbvitalityblood.ca. It said it was for cigarette cessation. Next thing I know my debit card got charged a large amount.

I never got what I ordered and I can't get my money back. That's $329.50 just gone from my account.

I don't know who these people are. The address just says New York, ON, Canada. I've tried to get it back but nothing works.
