Website won't let me cancel and support number is dead

I ordered from jcked.com and paid $150. When I tried to cancel, there was no option to do it. The site only lets you upgrade, nothing for canceling. They also don't let you cancel substitutions.

I called the 1 800 support number and it's disconnected. That seems really suspect to me. No support at all, just a website that pushes you to spend more.

I'm out $150 and have no way to reach anyone. The address shows Florida but that's about all I know.
