Instagram ad rug order never showed up

I saw an ad on Instagram and went to the website to order. Placed my order on Sept 6, 2026. They sent me a receipt saying delivery in 2-5 days and gave me a tracking number. It's been 15 days now. I ordered 2 small culture rugs. The tracking shows it going from China to Miami and all over. I've sent emails and got no response back. Just want my rugs or my money back.
