Got a weird text about a debt collection case

I got a text message from Jesiah Proctor. It said my case was escalated because of a lack of contact. It told me to call 855-803-4795 to avoid further collection actions. I never heard of this. I don't have any case with them. I didn't sign up for anything. The text just came out of nowhere. It said to text STOP to opt out, so I did. But it felt off. I don't owe any money to them.
