Paid $155 for photo session and she disappeared

I paid Jessica Gilliland $155 through Venmo for a 20 minute photo session she was advertising on Facebook. Her page was called Shoebutton Photos and her email is [email protected]. She was really responsive on Facebook messenger the whole time before I paid.

The first session got rescheduled because she said it was going to rain. When the new day came I messaged her the day before to reconfirm and she said see you then. I showed up 20 minutes early and told her we were there. She said "I am here" too. Then we just waited and waited. I kept messaging her on Facebook and she ghosted me. Never heard from her again. She's out of St. Paul, MN and her number is (763) 286-5398.
