Ordered one hose and got billed for five
I've spent 7 months trying to fix this mess through their customer service, PayPal, and Synchrony Bank. They never gave me a return address, never gave me any help at all. I tried so many times to cancel the order and got no reply.
Then 3 months later they sent 5 hoses anyway, after all those cancel requests. Worst company I've ever dealt with. Their number is 1(248) 802-5125 and the site is Get jet hose .com, email [email protected].
