Ordered pressure washer that was nothing like advertised
They came back offering me to keep it and they'd refund a small percentage. I said no. Then they came back two more times with different offers, still wanting me to keep the item. Finally I agreed to keep it since they said I'd save on return shipping and they'd credit me back $53.12 which was supposed to be 70% of what I paid.
That was over 6 months ago. We went back and forth with emails and they kept saying "they are working on it." The last email I got said the refund kicked back on their end. Still nothing. Now they won't answer any of my emails at all.
