Paid deposit for coffee cart that never showed up

I paid a $620 deposit to this business for a custom coffee cart and it was never delivered. I found them online and thought they were legit because I saw other creators showing off coffee carts they got from them. So I placed my order and paid the deposit.

After I sent the money, communication got spotty and then just stopped. I tried emailing them multiple times and other ways too but nobody ever got back to me about my order or a refund. Then they went and shut down their social media accounts, so now I can't even find them anywhere.

I still haven't gotten my money back or any kind of answer about what happened. I really tried everything I could to work this out with them.
