Phone call saying I was being arrested for breach of contract

Got a call from this number (912) 217-4205. The person said they were with JLB. They told me I was being arrested for breach of contract unless I paid them right then.

I hung up immediately. I didn't believe them for a second. It didn't make any sense, and I haven't heard anything from them since. I just wanted to report this so other people know about it.
