Text saying we were approved for a LOC

We got a text message saying we had been approved for a LOC. Then we got the application through email and once we filled it out we got a call explaining we were approved for a $285,000 LOC. But since we were new clients we needed to have a reserve that would be placed with a third party escrow company. They said the money would be held for 4 months and once all the loan payments were made on time we would get the reserve back or it would go towards the loan amount due.

The phone number was (305) 998-8792 and the website was jmhcapitalgrp.com. The address they gave was 420 S Orange Ave, Orlando, FL 32801. The email was [email protected]. We ended up losing $9,725.
