Jobesh Solutions billed my Medicare plan for services I never got

Jobesh Solutions billed my former Medicare Advantage Plan in July 2026 and again in September 2026 for services I never asked for and never received. I have no idea how they got my insurance information.

They used my info and tried to bill United Healthcare for these services. I didn't request anything from them and I never received anything from them either.

Their phone is (302) 556-3852 and the address I have is 1201 N Orange St suite 7742, Wilmington, DE 19801. I just want this to stop.

Notice saying United Health denied a claim I never had

I got a notice from Jobesh Solutions saying my provider United Health denied a claim of $7,635.50 and that I had to pay it out of pocket. The thing is I was never treated for anything and never received the products they billed me for. It was an Intermit Urinary Catheter for $2,513.50 and Alginate/Othe Fiber Gell Dress Pad for $7,635.00.

I called United Health about it and gave them all the info. They said they did get the bill but denied the claim because I don't have that insurance carrier anymore.

This is a scam. There's a phone number on it, (877) 370-4876.

My husband and I have both been billed by Jobesh Solutions for medical supplies that we never received. This has to be a SCAM.!

Two insurance charges from Jobesh Solutions for supplies I never ordered

I was checking my insurance and saw two charges from Jobesh Solutions. Each one was $7,635.50. One was on 7/15/26 and the other on 9/10/26. They say it was for medical supplies but I never ordered anything like that and I don't use that stuff.

I have no idea who these people are. There's an address in Wilmington, Delaware for them, 1201 N Orange St Ste 7742, but that's all I know. I never got any supplies and I never asked for any.

I just want these charges looked into. Nobody should be billing my insurance for things I never got.
