Two months and still no answers about my stolen 401k money

I've been dealing with John Hancock for over 2 months now about my 401k. They claim $10,000 was scammed out of my account but they won't give me any paperwork or details about it. Every time I call they say I can't know anything until their investigation is done.

They keep hanging up on me or transferring me to a line that just rings and rings. No one ever calls me back. I've tried the number they have on file and nothing. I'm just stuck here with no information and no way to get any. It's been over 60 days of this.
