Dress looks nothing like the picture on their site

I ordered a dress from Johnson Sisters and it’s totally not what was pictured. The photo shows these three dimensional flowers across the chest, same color as the dress, and the fabric looks like linen or cotton. What I got has flowers that are just screen printed on in a bunch of different colors. And the fabric isn't even marked on the tag, but you can tell it's some kind of man made material. Honestly feels cheaper than polyester.

I've tried calling them at (888) 460-2324 a bunch of times and it just goes to a busy signal every single time. I also sent emails to [email protected] and never heard anything back. Spent $54.95 on this.

I just want them to take the dress back, pay for the return shipping, and give me a full refund to my card. That's all I'm asking for.
