Website pictures did not match what showed up

I ordered mums from johstelmarket.com and what came was nothing like the pictures or videos on the site. The listing made them look full and healthy, but what showed up looked nothing like that at all.

I paid $79.92 for this. It's false advertising plain and simple. The site is based in CA. I just want people to know what happened so they don't get burned the same way.

Ordered flowers online and got something totally different

I ordered flowers from this website johstelmarket.com and what was shown was a full bouquet. When I ordered it showed a full bouquet of flowers. What actually came was a little package, nothing like what was promised or shown when I was ordering.

I paid $38.95 for this. The email they use is [email protected]. The picture on the site and what they show you when you order is a full bouquet, but that is not what you get at all. It's a small package instead.

I just want people to know this is not what it looks like on the website.
