Paid $79 for an item that never shipped

I ordered something from joinem.co and paid $79. They just kept putting off the shipping date. Every time I asked about it they said it was coming but it never showed up.

I tried emailing [email protected] but they would not give me the product. They just kept delaying and making excuses. The website is joinem.co and the address they have listed is 1811 Silverside Road Suite 260 in Wilmington DE.

Phone number on file is (347) 269-4270. Still no item and no real answer on when I would get it.
