Pop-up offer on GNC site charged my card overnight
That same night, while I was sleeping, they tried to take the $24.99 membership fee. It wasn't even 12 hours after I signed up. My bank flagged the transaction and blocked it. They tried twice and both times my bank blocked it. If my bank hadn't caught it, they would have had my money and who knows what else after that.
I thought I read all the fine print on this. I really did. And they still tried to charge me that fast. Their website is joinfansclub.com and they are in CA, USA. Just wanted to put this out there so people are careful with those pop up offers.
