Paid for sports cards and never got shipping updates

I ordered sports trading cards in sealed boxes from Jojos Bazar. The confirmation emails were really vague and I never got any updates about shipping. I tried reaching out to them at [email protected] but nothing. The address listed was 2007 Venice Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90006. I spent $863.76 and still have no cards and no answers.
