Ordered items in July and still nothing

I ordered some items from jolmera.com back in July. It's been months now and I still have not received anything. I asked for a refund and I keep getting the same canned response over and over. Nobody actually helps. Just the same reply again and again. I'm out $40 and honestly I just want my money back at this point.
