Ordered scratch cloths and got charged extra for stuff I didn't ask for

I saw an online offer for those cloths that are supposed to get rid of small car scratches. Sounded good so I ordered some. When the package finally came it had like 8 of those cloths in there, which was already more than I expected, and then there were two headlamps in there too. I didn't order any headlamps.

I looked at my Visa bill and there's three charges on there, all dated June 24th. One for $206.58, one for $55.36, and one for $32.04. I only agreed to pay for the one thing. So now they have my card number and they can just keep sending me stuff and charging me whenever they want. I guess I'll call Visa about it but I'm not sure what else I can do. The email that sent me the confirmation was from [email protected].
