Counterfeit dog supplement from a fake website

I bought a dog diet supplement called Jope from some website, I can't even remember the name of it now. Paid $58 for what was supposed to be 60 portions. What showed up was made in China, but the real Jope is made in the US. The package only had 50 portions in it too. The packaging is just a copy of the real thing.
