Facebook ad for horseshoe wind chimes turned out to be fake

I clicked on a Facebook ad for Jordan Maynard, a wounded US Veteran, showing him making beautiful horseshoe wind chimes. I ordered two. Later I noticed they were shipping from China, which was a red flag. When they arrived, they are not made from horseshoes at all. They are cheap sheet metal laser cut outs and don't even match up. I've been going back and forth with the seller. They want me to pay to ship back their junk and then they'll refund my purchase price. Nope. Not letting them sting me twice.
