Voicemail saying I need a lawyer over complaints

Someone named Jordan Williams called my work line and left a voicemail. They said they were a Compliance Officer for the State. They knew my age and said this was legal notification for Claim #157236-1629. Then they said several complaints were filed against me and I needed to contact my Attorney.

The caller ID showed (225) 230-9685 but the number they gave me to call back was (855) 926-3480. They also said they would be serving me at my home address. It was just a voicemail, and I don't even know what state they were supposed to be from. They didn't say which state or what the complaints were about. The whole thing felt off. I haven't called them back.
