Mystery box charge showed up a month after my order

I bought something from this website joshandtate.com and the item did come, so that part was fine. But then almost a month later I see an extra charge on my card for $39. I didn't order anything else.

I looked back at my original order and saw there is a line item for a "mystery box" but it says FREE right next to it. So I have no idea why they charged me for it. I never asked for any mystery box. It just showed up as a charge out of nowhere. Their phone number is (888) 513-9885 and I tried emailing [email protected] but it's just frustrating. I didn't request this. It was supposed to be free and now I'm out 39 dollars.
