Charges for a mystery gift I never ordered

I ordered something from joshandtate.com and I got the product I ordered just fine. But then I started seeing charges on my credit card for a mystery gift. I never ordered any mystery gift.

I emailed them and asked them to stop the charges. They didn't stop. This is the second month now they're charging my card for this mystery gift thing.

I just want the charges to stop. I already tried emailing support and nothing happened.
