Ordered a nice Bible, got a cheap one with nothing in it

I saw this Bible on Joymemento.com that was supposed to be pre-loaded with ribbons and charms and words already written in for notes. Looked really nice in the picture. So I paid for it. What I got was a low quality Bible with nothing else. Just the Bible.

I emailed them and they said the extra stuff would come later. But I already had the Bible so how could they write the notes in it? Didn't make sense. I asked for a refund. They offered me 5% back. I said no I want 100% back. Then they offered 25%. I kept pushing and got them to 50% but they refused to go higher. So I lost 158 dollars.
