Call saying my Zelle account sent money I don't have

I got a call from (212) 552-5100 and when I googled it, it matched JP Morgan Chase. The person said a Zelle account in my name was used to send $5,000 to someone named Amanda Smith in Long Beach, California. They gave me a case ID and a cancellation ID. Then I got transferred to another person who said he was from Zelle.

This guy had my name, phone number, and old addresses. He kept telling me to log into my bank account so he could cancel it. I kept saying I don't have a Zelle account but he wouldn't listen. I refused to log in and asked if there was another way. He said I could go to the bank but I'd still have to dispute it with Zelle. When I asked for more details because none of this made sense, he got mad and started yelling at me saying he already told me what to do. Then he hung up.
