Call saying documents need my signature or else

Got a phone call from this number (253) 400-9356. A woman named Judy said she was from the processing department. She said they have documents to deliver to me between 8 and 4 and I need to sign for them. She said they only make two attempts and if I miss them, the pending matter moves forward without my consent.

She gave me another number to call, 855-540-9611. Said the call was logged and submitted. I didn't recognize the name she asked for either. It sounded like a debt collection thing but they didn't even say what company they were from. I haven't lost any money but this felt really off.
