Voicemail from Judy about preliminary paperwork and skip tracing

Got a voicemail from someone named Judy with the processing department. She said our office received preliminary paperwork and my phone number was listed as a possible contact for someone they're trying to get updated location info on.

She asked me to call back at (855) 389-0391 so they can stop any further skip tracing efforts. Said they want to work toward an amicable resolution over the next few days.

I don't know who this person is or what paperwork they're talking about. Never got anything in the mail. Just this call out of nowhere.
