Paid $4,000 for flooring with no install date

I paid almost $4,000 for my flooring project and I still don't have a confirmed install date. They keep giving me delays and the info changes every time I ask. It's been really frustrating after paying that much money.

I need them to give me a clear date now. If they can't schedule it soon, I want to talk about my options, maybe a refund. I'd like someone higher up to contact me about this.
