Website took $70 instead of the $5 they said

I was looking for a lawyer to help me with my situation. Found JustAnswer and started texting them about it. They told me they needed $5 for the consultation.

Instead they took $70 out of my bank. This all happened in like 10 minutes. I was at work and didn't have a lot of time to deal with it.
