Wallet from Instagram ad has no place for cash
The wallet showed up and it's nothing like what they showed in the ad. There is literally no spot to put dollar bills! I contacted them and they first offered me $3 off, which I said no to. Then they kept coming back with small amounts but I told them I just want my full refund. Finally they said they could do $24 which is the cost of the wallet minus shipping. But to get that, I have to mail the wallet back to them in China. The shipping cost to send it back is $24. Same as the refund amount! And funny thing is when they sent me the wallet it came from an American address.
I've been going through PayPal now with my complaint. Every time I try to reach them about it they just keep pushing the resolution date further out.
Charged me after I cancelled my order the same day
Then the next day, the charge for the order went through anyway. I emailed them again and they said it was too late to cancel. They said there was nothing they could do. I lost over fifty dollars. The email they used was [email protected].
