Ordered a Christmas bundle and nobody ever shipped it

I bought a bundle on Christmas 2025. It was supposed to take max 12 weeks I think. I reached out to their support email multiple times, and I even tried different support emails since they have a bunch of them. None of them ever reached back.

On his Instagram he constantly promises to ship but nobody has received anything. Other people have complained about waiting for their orders for years. I’m out 70 dollars and just want my stuff or my money back.
