Kalsten sent cheap plastic lights instead of what was listed
I tried to do a return, well within their online return policy that says it's straightforward. Instead I got weeks of back and forth with their reps who tried to negotiate by any means possible not to do the return. It was a truly bizarre set of communications from them.
In the end they lied about refunding my money and PayPal refunded the funds directly under their own return policy. Do not purchase from Kalsten. It's a bait and switch scam. They claim to sell high end products then send cheap stuff made in China based on the shipping label, and then refuse to return your money.
