Ordered from kalsten.com and they won't refund me

I ordered something from kalsten.com and I did get the package. But what showed up was not what I ordered and the quality was just bad. Like really cheap feeling and not the same thing at all from the pictures.

Their website says they offer refunds but when I tried to get one they just said no. They are basically ignoring what their own policy says. I spent 175 dollars on this and I'm just stuck with junk now. The address on their site is in CA, USA but I don't know if that even means anything.

I just want my money back for something I didn't even get what I paid for.
