Paid for rooftop party that never happened

I bought tickets for a rooftop party through KAMA Presents and the party just never happened. They reached out to me on May 11th via email asking if I wanted a full refund or to be on their VIP list. I picked the full refund.

It's now September 3rd and I still haven't gotten my money back. I've emailed them back and forth and they keep saying they sent it months ago which just isn't true. I even gave them my Cash App info so they know where to send it. I don't get why I haven't received anything. $12.50 might not be a lot to them but it's my money.
