Paid for clothes and never got my order

I ordered some clothing from their website www.kanpaiklassics.com back on 06/20/2026. Paid $62.50 and everything. After a couple weeks went by and nothing showed up, I started emailing them. I used the contact email on their site, [email protected]. Never heard back.

I also messaged their Facebook and Instagram pages asking about my missing order. Still no reply. But I noticed I'm not the only one. There are a bunch of other people commenting on both of those pages saying the exact same thing. They paid and never got their stuff either. Their address is listed in San Jose, CA but I don't know if that's even real at this point. Just wanted my clothes or my money back.
