No tracking number after buying shoes online

I bought a pair of Jordan retro 13 blue on 7/18/26. Paid $36.00 for the shoes and $7.00 for shipping, so $43.00 total.

As of 8/4/26, I still haven’t gotten anything. No tracking number, no reply to any of my emails. They didn’t even give a phone number to call.

I just want my shoes or my money back. Feels like I got ripped off.
